300 g semoule fine ou farine durum / 300 g fine semolina or durum flour / 300 g sémola fina o harina de trigo duro
100 g farine de blé entier / 100 g whole wheat flour / 100 g de harina de trigo integral
100 g farine tout usage / 100 g all purpose flour / 100 g de harina común
750 ml d’eau tiède / 750 ml warm water / 750 ml de agua tibia
1 cuillère à café de sel / 1 teaspoon salt / 1 cucharadita de sal
1 cuillère à table de levure sèche / 1 tablespoon dry yeast / 1 cucharada de levadura seca
½ cuillère à table de levure chimique / ½ tablespoon baking powder / ½ cucharadita de polvo para hornear
