1¾ tasses de farine tout usage / 1¾ cups all-purpose flour / 1¾ tazas de harina común,
½ cuillère à café de levure pâtissière / ½ teaspoon of baking powder / ½ cucharadita de polvo para hornear,
½ cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude / ½ teaspoon of baking soda / ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio,
½ cuillère à café de sel / ½ teaspoon salt / ½ cucharadita de sal,
½ tasse de beurre non salé, à température ambiante / ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature / ½ taza de mantequilla sin sal, a temperatura ambiente,
¾ tasse de cassonade / ¾ cup brown sugar / ¾ taza de azúcar moreno,
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre vanille / 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar / 1 cucharada de azúcar de vainilla,
1 œuf / 1 egg / 1 huevo,
100 g abricots secs coupés en petits morceaux / 100 g dried apricots, cut into small pieces / 100 g albaricoques secos, cortados en pequeños trozos
